Product Description

USB 3.0 A male to B male Active Optical Cable (AOC) is a USB 3.0 electrical to optical conversion module. This product can translate signals between USB 3.0 electrical and optical signals. AOC is a cabling technology that accepts the same electrical inputs as a traditional copper cable, but uses optical fiber "between the connectors". AOC uses electrical to optical conversion on the cable ends to improve speed and distance performance of the cable without sacrificing compatibility with standard electrical interface.USB3.0 AOC can extend the transmission distance of USB3.0 transmission to more than 30 meters .AOC offer a quick solution to supply longer cable for USB3.0application.

COB Technology

We have Keyence 3D measurement which helps to verify lum differences on module and ensure no signal loss . This provides more help with accurate testing if having module issued occoured .

Special Assembly Process

Shell assembly is a very complex procedure , the workers put the Kevlar back to the clips, put screws to lock on the bottom and use glue to seal the soldering points . By then we can get the maximum pulling force from the connector SR (Strain Relief).

Unique Tracking System

There is uniquely customized Tracking System being applied to our production lines . Under such a system, each cable to be produced will have a QR code label (equally to a ID) when running in every procedure in our production line. The label contains information such as module type/plug shell type/cable length/ordering date. After scanning this label anytime , we will able to trace back the details of this cable, it is one of the kind procedure for us, and very helpful for after-sell service.
